A well established and growing San Clemente Construction Company, specializing in residential custom home new builds and remodels, is looking to fill immediate openings with experienced candidates for both Field Superintendent and Project Manager positions. Both Positions are full-time. Candidates should be familiar with construction means, methods, and terminology while working with minimal supervision from upper management. The ability to multi-task, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
The candidates will oversee all aspects of a project's construction including schedule, scope, quality control and budget. Computer and Communication skills, both written and verbal, are just as vital to effectively communicate with our Clients, Building Officials, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Ownership.
