Shining 3D has developed and sells, both directly and indirectly, 3D scanners, photogrammetry systems and 3D printers.

We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Intern to support the U.s. marketing team with event coordination, marketing materials, data management, and daily administrative tasks. This position offers hands-on experience in the dental technology industry and exposure to cross-functional marketing operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
\n

- Support trade shows, courses, study clubs, and other marketing events.
- Assist with event registration, scheduling, logistics, and post-event documentation.
- Prepare, pack, ship, and track marketing materials, samples, and giveaways.
- Maintain marketing inventory and organize shared files.
- Update event calendars, project trackers, contact lists, and basic reports.
- Assist with sales team requests, invoice processing, and vendor follow-ups.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS:
\n

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Must be available to work on-site at the California office at least two days per week.
