Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school-based contract assignment near Hacienda Heights, CA. In this hands-on opportunity, you'll collaborate with dedicated teams to help develop and implement behavior intervention plans, working directly with students, staff, and families to create supportive, inclusive learning environments.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Prior experience providing behavior analytic services in school or pediatric settings
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based behavior intervention strategies
  • Ability to conduct assessments, create behavior plans, and collect and analyze data
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude in dynamic educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate on the development of individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Model and train staff in behavior analytic procedures and best practices
  • Monitor student progress through consistent data collection and adjust plans as needed
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support students’ success in academic and social settings
  • Facilitate family and staff meetings to ensure all parties are informed and engaged
  • Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and professional guidelines
