Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience providing behavior analytic services in school or pediatric settings
- Strong understanding of evidence-based behavior intervention strategies
- Ability to conduct assessments, create behavior plans, and collect and analyze data
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Flexibility and a positive attitude in dynamic educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate on the development of individualized behavior intervention plans
- Model and train staff in behavior analytic procedures and best practices
- Monitor student progress through consistent data collection and adjust plans as needed
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support students’ success in academic and social settings
- Facilitate family and staff meetings to ensure all parties are informed and engaged
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and professional guidelines
