Job DescriptionAs a full-time Clinical Development Specialist with DeepSight Technology Inc., you'll work directly with clinician users to help improve their daily workflows and ensure they're getting the most out of our advanced diagnostic and imaging tech. You'll need excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as an understanding of anatomy, pathology, and physiology.When you join our Santa Clara, CA team, you'll receive:Experience-based salary of $140,000 - $200,000/yearStock optionsMedicalDentalVision401(k) retirement planKeep reading to learn more!WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS OUR CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTThis role plays an integral part in improving diagnostic abilities, driving clinical advancements, and optimizing imaging workflow and performance for end-users! You'll think analytically to identify areas for improvement and implement methods to meet goals and advance strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):Building relationships with clinician application leaders in alignment with company targets and objectivesTraveling (as needed) to observe on-site workflows and gain insight into clinician outcome requirementsEvaluating workflow and visualization goals for targeted applicationsPerforming clinical research to help understand design requirementsHelping define clinical requirements related to the realization processCollaborating with product/realization teams and performing validation tests to ensure products are safe, effective, and appropriate for user needsCreating and maintaining related documents, plans, research reports, studies, and moreEducating users on technology, trends, workflows, and best practicesGathering, analyzing, and presenting data from studies and evaluationsSupporting product education initiatives to ensure seamless adoption and utilizationCLINICAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST CRITERIAYou need at least one of the following:Completion of a 3-year program in diagnostic medical sonography or ultrasound technologyCompletion of a 2- to 3-year program in a related allied health field AND a 1 year post-diploma program in diagnostic medical sonography from an accredited institutionYou also need all of the following:ARDMS (or equivalent) certification in abdomen OR two additional active general imaging or vascular credentials5+ years of related experience operating ultrasound equipment in a clinical or medical setting2+ years of direct experience in R&D ultrasound image optimization and system development for general imaging applications (abdominal, small parts, vascular, pediatrics, etc.)Clinical ultrasound teaching experienceCommercial ultrasound system installation experienceResidence in or willingness to relocate to the Santa Clara areaProficient English communication skillsBUILD A BRIGHT FUTURE!DeepSight Technology Inc. is an early-stage, pre-commercial medical device company with a vision for Physical AI -scaling advanced multimodal sensing technologies so clinicians can see more, sense more, and guide procedures with greater precision and confidence.
