Our client is seeking a Temporary HR Systems Analyst to support its HR Systems team during a leave of absence. This is an excellent opportunity for a Workday professional to contribute in a fast-paced environment while supporting critical HR technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Support day-to-day Workday HCM administration
- Configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes
- Assist with Benefits and Leave Administration
- Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Support integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
- Assist with system testing, data audits, and release updates
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams

Ideal background:
\n

- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Strong reporting and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Workday Benefits, Leave, business processes, and integrations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
