Role Description The Sales Associate role at Longwell Electronics, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is responsible for supporting sales activities, including identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, processing orders, updating customer records in the CRM, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will assist in product presentations, respond to customer inquiries, and provide follow-up on samples and proposals. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to sales reports and forecasts.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Basic sales and business development skills, including lead qualification, account support, and follow-up on opportunities.

- Ability to understand technical product information and explain cable and connector solutions to customers in a clear, non-technical manner.
