Scheduler & Workforce Coordinator

Location: Torrance, CA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Work Environment:

Office-based role in Torrance, CA.
Frequent communication with field employees and supervisors.

Success in This Role:

A successful Scheduler & Workforce Coordinator will ensure all job sites are consistently staffed, employees are properly managed in Connecteam, and all schedules run smoothly with minimal disruption. They will maintain strong communication with staff, enforce schedule compliance, and help ensure high-quality service delivery across all locations.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
