Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Clinical Social Worker role based in Red Bluff, CA. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, providing counseling services, and coordinating with healthcare teams to deliver effective treatment. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work with patients experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges, participate in case management, and advocate for patient well-being while upholding ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in Social Work and Medical Social Work
- Proficiency in Case Management and coordinating care for individuals and families
- Solid understanding of Mental Health and Behavioral Health principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
- Experience in an acute psychiatric facility or equivalent environment is preferred
