Make a difference supporting students as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLPA) for a rewarding contract opportunity near the Sonoma, CA area. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year, offering 32.5 hours each week. You'll work directly with a diverse K-8 caseload, focusing primarily on elementary grades, in a collaborative school setting.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP-CCC or SLPA certification required
  • Experience working with K-8 or elementary school populations preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students
  • Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, in-person speech and language services to students in K-8 grades
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings as needed
  • Develop and execute individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student services
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Adapt strategies to address varying speech-language needs across grade levels
