As the Regional Medical Director, you’ll work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to support clinical operations, organizational growth, and compliance. You’ll oversee five clinic sites from Merced to Livingston, providing leadership to approximately 20 experienced providers.

\n
There are currently 10 total clinical sites with multiple service lines including Primary Care, Dental, School-Based Services, Pharmacy, Imaging, and Lab on-site creating a diversified and sustainable business model. This organization is growing and building with plans to open new clinic locations and kick-off new community partnerships within the next 18 months!

Job Details

- Part of your time will be spent on administrative duties (60%), while continuing to see patients (40%)
- Work closely with the CMO and Northern Territory Regional Medical Director
- Develop exceptional providers
- Influence policy and decision making (bring your ideas to the table)

Requirements
\n
- \n
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active California Medical License
- Board Certification in area of specialty
- 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care/outpatient medicine
- Provider supervisory, medical leadership, or related leadership experience
- FQHC, community health center, or experience serving underserved and/or diverse populations preferred
