Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends | No On-Call | Floating Required

Pay Rate: $2,000 – $3,155/Week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Multi-Modality CT/NMT with at least 2 years of Nuclear Medicine and CT experience to perform diagnostic imaging procedures safely and accurately.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Nuclear Medicine Technology and CT.

Demonstrated competency in both Nuclear Medicine and CT procedures.

Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology or applicable Radiologic Technology program.

Active and current required licenses and certifications; pending licenses are not accepted.

Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures, CT protocols, radiation safety, and patient care.

Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Ability and willingness to float as required.
Required Certifications
-
BLS.
-
Fluoroscopy Permit.
-
ARRT(N) – Nuclear Medicine Technology.

CNMT – Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
-
ARRT(CT) – Computed Tomography.
Responsibilities
-
Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine and CT examinations according to established protocols.
-
Prepare, handle, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to safety procedures.

Verify patient identity, medical history, and procedure orders before examinations.
-
Explain procedures and provide appropriate patient instructions.
-
Operate nuclear medicine and CT imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
-
Position patients appropriately and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to changes in condition.

Follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure.

Perform quality-control checks and report equipment issues.
-
Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation.
-
Enter and review patient information in EPIC.

Review images for technical quality and repeat studies when necessary.

Clean and prepare equipment and procedure areas between patients.

Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Float to other applicable areas or modalities as required.
