ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in April 2017 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I spent 10 years as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and an appreciation for the importance of building a strong team. Outside of work, I’m married with two kids who stay busy with football, basketball, and rugby. I enjoy staying active myself through endurance riding, mountain biking, cross country, and boating.
Being involved in our community is important to me. I serve as an assistant coach, stay active with local youth sports, and am involved with the Rotary Club. Supporting local families and giving back are values that carry into how we operate our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Andres Ordaz - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
