About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping clients find the right candidates quickly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of positions. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who’s competitive, organized, and enjoys building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and referrals
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process with clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure timely follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand roles
- Develop relationships with both active and passive talent
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and hiring goals

Requirements:

- Must be able to work 8am-5pm Pacific time (11am-8pm ET), Monday-Friday, regardless of location
- Must be able to start work on October 1, 2026
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year professional work experience
- Experience working in sales, retail, food service, customer service, and/or commission/incentive pay roles
