Job Summary
Lend strength to Bethel Church of Redding to see the expansion of God’s kingdom by improving BSSM student
experience post school. Pastoring, equipping and encouraging Alumni in their walk with the Lord post BSSM. Pastoral
oversight for key alumni who assist with leading the “Still Burning” program. Managing and developing new ways of
pastoral care for Alumni. This role also facilitates the licensing and commissioning of all Bethel pastors, and ministerial
staff project management for the various needs for both Alumni and Ministerial Licensing.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $38,274.60 annually
Job Requirements
● Pastor and coordinate the ‘Still Burning’ online program, designed to encourage students in their intimacy with
the Lord and bring revival in their sphere of influence.
● Licensing and Commissioning; handing all ministerial licenses for Bethel Pastors.
● Coordinate Alumni Gatherings
● Project coordination & administration for Alumni, including financial and account management
● Social media engagement, communicating with Alumni
● Meeting with alumni 1:1
● Set up Alumni Pastoral Hubs & Trips
● Alumni/BSSM liaison
● Pastoral oversight of key alumni leading various groups around the world
● Leading an activation designed to bless and encourage Alumni
Minimum Qualifications
● Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church
● Completion of BSSM
● Computer literacy
● Pastoral skills
● Confidently communicate to a crowd
Preferred Qualifications
● Licensed/ ordained
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Organized
● Team collaboration
