We are urgently seeking dependable drivers to join our team and provide safe, reliable transportation for students. Drivers will earn a minimum of $35 per ride, with a guaranteed 2-4 rides daily, offering a supplemental income opportunity. Enjoy a flexible schedule on fixed routes serving communities including Lawndale, Hawthorne, Redondo Beach, and Torrance. Join a supportive team dedicated to making a difference in children's lives.

Responsibilities

Drive students safely to and from school on predetermined routes and schedules
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety
Communicate effectively with dispatch center and operations manager
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
Maintain a clean and safe driving record
Report any incidents or vehicle issues promptly
Provide excellent customer service to students and parents
Manage time efficiently to meet fixed route schedules

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Pass Department of Justice background check
Drug-free and able to comply with company policies
Vehicle from 2017 or newer (sedan, compact car, minivan, or SUV)

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of driving experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Defensive driving skills
Strong time management abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
