Job Description

A growing pain management practice is hiring NPs and PAs to provide specialized pain and palliative care to geriatric residents across skilled nursing facilities in Richmond and the East Bay. Geriatric pain in SNFs is chronically undertreated — you'd be the provider who actually assesses and manages it, following the same residents over time rather than cycling through a rotating panel. New graduates welcome with structured onboarding; 5+ years of relevant RN experience also counts. Malpractice with tail coverage included. Practice actively adding facilities — room to grow.
