Your Responsibilities

• Deliver Skilled Physical Therapy: Perform thorough in-home assessments and create personalized care plans for elderly patients.
• Execute Therapeutic Techniques: Emphasize functional strengthening, gait training, balance improvement, and fall risk mitigation to enhance patient mobility and independence.
• Oversee Your Patient Load: Arrange and conduct home visits according to your schedule and the needs of your patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in California
• CPR or BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Recent physical examination and TB test (within the last year)
• Professional liability insurance and business license (if applicable)

Work Environment

We are looking for a clinician to serve the South Bay area of San Diego, which includes Chula Vista, National City, and Imperial Beach. This vibrant region boasts a community-oriented atmosphere and is known for its authentic Mexican cuisine and proximity to the border. While traffic can be challenging, the area offers a rich cultural experience and a strong sense of community. With a significant Hispanic and Filipino population, proficiency in Spanish and Tagalog would be beneficial for serving this diverse community. Ideal candidates will be located in cities such as Bonita, Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, National City, Otay Mesa, and Bay Terraces.
