Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated attorney with substantial litigation experience who can independently manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, law and motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation experience preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience handling complex civil litigation matters.
- Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively with clients.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction litigation is highly desirable, but not required.
- Experience with contract law and contract-related disputes is a plus.
- Background representing contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, or public entities is beneficial but not necessary.
