Our client is seeking an attorney with 8+ years of experience as a Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney in plaintiff personal injury to independently manage high-value cases, negotiate settlements, and mentor teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Independently manage high-value plaintiff PI cases from intake through strategic settlement.

Prepare demand packages, negotiate with insurers/defense counsel, and participate in mediations.

Evaluate liability, coverage, medical treatment, and damages; transition litigation-bound cases effectively.

Mentor junior attorneys, case managers, and support staff while reviewing work product.

Collaborate with leadership to improve SOPs, workflows, department performance, and client service.
Qualifications:

Active California Bar license in good standing required.

8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience with extensive pre-litigation experience.

Proven success negotiating significant, high-value settlements and maximizing case value.

Leadership or mentoring experience in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment preferred.

Catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking, or premises liability experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
