• 2nd shift differential: +$2.50/hr starting 11/1

• 3rd shift differential: +$0.50/hr through 10/31, then +$3.00/hr starting 11/1

ABOUT THE JOB
\n
Join the Packing team at FN Logistics, the Fashion Nova fulfillment center in Santa Fe Springs. Packers make sure every customer order is correct, packed well and ready to ship.
\n
• Scan items and check that each order is complete and correct
\n
• Pack single-item and multi-item orders in the right bag or box
\n
• Print and apply shipping labels
\n
• Send packed orders down the line to Shipping
\n
• Keep your station clean and stocked, and follow all safety rules
\n
• Stand and work at a packing station for your full shift
\n
Performance standard: packers are expected to average 114 units per hour (UPH) on single-item orders and 326 UPH on multi-item orders, or 102 / 293 UPH when the warehouse is 82°F or above. New hires are not held to the standard during their first week.

SOBRE EL TRABAJO
\n
Únete al equipo de Packing en FN Logistics, el centro de distribución de Fashion Nova en Santa Fe Springs. Los empacadores se aseguran de que cada pedido esté correcto, bien empacado y listo para enviarse.
\n
• Escanear artículos y verificar que cada pedido esté completo y correcto
\n
• Empacar pedidos de un solo artículo y de varios artículos en la bolsa o caja correcta
\n
• Imprimir y colocar etiquetas de envío
\n
• Enviar los pedidos empacados por la línea hacia Shipping
\n
• Mantener tu estación limpia y abastecida, y seguir todas las reglas de seguridad
\n
• Estar de pie y trabajar en una estación de empaque durante todo el turno
\n
Estándar de desempeño: se espera que los empacadores mantengan un promedio de 114 unidades por hora (UPH) en pedidos de un solo artículo y 326 UPH en pedidos de varios artículos, o 102 / 293 UPH cuando el almacén esté a 82°F o más. - Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
- Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
- Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
- Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
- Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
- There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
