Expert staffing west is seeking a Warehouse Scheduler in Otay Mesa!
$19.00-$20.00 Per hour
schedule will be Monday through Friday (high season would include Saturdays as overtime), from 8:00am-5:00pm
1. Welcome incoming visitors to the Shipping and Receiving Window
2. Check in Drivers and adhere to the Drivers Check in procedures
3. Answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette.
4. Scheduling of incoming appointments of raw materials and packaging
deliveries
5. Schedule all pickups, picking up at Jensen
6. Communicate with outside vendors, customers and carriers.
7. Communicate with internal departments including but not limited to Shipping
and Receiving Clerks, Customer Service, Purchasing and Production
departments.
8. Schedule incoming orders in Plex
9. Schedule orders with carriers for pickups.
10.Follow up with carriers confirming pick ups and On Time delivery will be met.
11.Schedule carriers orders verifying Freight Rates.
12.Inputting of orders in Plex
13.Input Data into Excel spreadsheet and verify freight rates.
14.Schedule delivery appointments
15.Re-schedule all orders, if carrier request.
16.Verify all information match Plex vs. Scheduling Spreadsheet
17.Schedule all Kroger orders in Plex and set up carriers and appointment times,
if needed.
18.Communicate with customer service on any delays in delivery or pickups.
19.Microsoft Excel and outlook experience needed
