We are looking for an Administrative Logistics coordinator to support daily logistics coordination and help keep recurring service routes organized and efficient in San Jose, California. This position plays a key role in communicating with customers and drivers, monitoring delivery activity, and making scheduling adjustments as business needs change. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, sound judgment, and a detail-oriented approach to transportation and service operations.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recurring service schedules and refine route plans to improve efficiency and on-time execution.

• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal service teams to confirm appointments, resolve scheduling issues, and share important updates.

• Monitor delivery and service activity throughout the day and respond quickly to changes that affect timelines or route coverage.

• Enter route details, service updates, and operational data accurately into company systems and maintain current records.

• Support dispatch and transportation-related administrative tasks to help ensure smooth daily operations.

• Work closely with drivers to provide route information, address issues in the field, and help maintain service quality.

• Handle inbound calls and general office coordination duties while assisting with logistics-related requests.

• Review schedules and service records carefully to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate planning and follow-through.

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch support, transportation scheduling, or field service operations.
• Strong administrative background with experience in office support, data entry, and call handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and drivers.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer-based scheduling, routing, or administrative systems.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in San Jose, California.
• Experience in the construction industry is helpful, but not required.
