Looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who aren't afraid of physical work. This position supports daily operations inside a large cement manufacturing facility.
What You'll Do:
- Shovel, sweep, hose down, and clean plant areas
- Remove cement dust, debris, and material buildup
- Assist with material handling and general labor
- Support maintenance and production crews
- Work around heavy equipment and active machinery
- Follow all plant safety and PPE requirements
We're Looking For:
- Construction, concrete, demolition, manufacturing, warehouse, landscaping, industrial cleaning, mining, quarry, or similar heavy labor experience
- Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs.
- Comfortable with dust, noise, heights, outdoor conditions, and physical work
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Schedule: Full-time | 8-12 hour shifts | Overtime available/required as needed
