Job DescriptionMOET Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Irvine, CA. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a high-performing intake professional who excels in client communication, lead conversion, and high-volume call handling.
This position plays a critical role as the first point of contact for potential clients, requiring empathy, persistence, and the ability to effectively screen and convert qualified personal injury cases.
Salary Range: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients
- Conduct initial client interviews with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Screen and qualify personal injury cases based on firm criteria
- Follow up consistently with all pending leads and inquiries to maximize conversion
- Respond quickly to new inquiries and establish strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate records in the case management system and intake logs
- Collaborate with team members to complete the intake and consultation process
- Assist attorneys and staff with opening new cases and administrative tasks
- Track referrals, client data, and communications using spreadsheets and CRM tools
- Ensure all communications reflect a high level of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of personal injury or intake experience (required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – full professional proficiency required
- Strong background in customer service and client communication
- Experience working with performance-based metrics or quotas
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent phone presence and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
- Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., CASEpeer, Clio, Litify)
- Proven track record of high conversion rates or intake performance
