Physical Therapist – General in Willits, California. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $2,573-$2,699. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 5x8 Days. Setting: Critical Access Hospital; Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver physical therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and modalities.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and co-lead patient group activities as appropriate.
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation and communicate discharge plans.
- Supervise assigned assistants and support staff; participate in care coordination and patient education.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice: Required.
- CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy: Required.
- At least two years of recent Physical Therapy experience; three years preferred.
- Ability to work in a hospital/acute care setting; EPIC experience a bonus.
