Gill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram GMC is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.
Compensation
$7,000 to $15,000+ per month Performance-based compensation with earnings determined by departmental results, leadership effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a high-volume service department
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and repair quality
- Ensure exceptional customer service and retention
- Achieve departmental sales, gross profit, and CSI goals
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Collaborate with parts and sales departments to maximize dealership performance
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of dealership service operations and repair processes
- Ability to analyze reports and drive performance improvements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
