Compensation & Rewards
Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000
Performance Bonus Potential: $14,000 – $20,000
Total Annual Compensation: $84,000 – $90,000+
Paid Leadership Training: 8–10 Weeks
⏰ Work Schedule: 45–50 Hours Per Week
️ Paid Time Off: 15 Days Annually
