Job DescriptionGeneral Superintendent – Healthcare Construction

Seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee multiple healthcare construction projects. 3+ years of hospital/HCAi experience preferred. This role partners with the Project Manager to lead field operations, schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and client communication.

Mon-Fri 7am-4pm $125k-$150k

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple jobsites, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and 3-week look-aheads.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and construction sequencing.
• Monitor progress and communicate project status, issues, and changes to the Project Manager.
• Assist with estimating, budgets, change orders, and client meetings.
• Enforce OSHA, patient safety, infection control, and company standards.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and successful inspections/project closeout.
• Provide field leadership, training, and mentoring.
• Perform hands-on construction work when needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction supervision/management experience; healthcare/HCAi preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read plans/specifications and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety requirements.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work with clients and project teams.
