Non Medical Caregiver
Job Summary:
Right at Home Torrance is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Non-Medical Caregiver to join our team of caregivers who provide care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting. As a Non-Medical Caregiver with Right at Home Torrance, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical care and assistance to clients in their homes, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
-
Help clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other household tasks
-
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Collaborate with clients, family members, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care
-
Participate in paid training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Home Care Aide (HCA) license issued by the CA Dept. of Social Services
-
Recent TB test (within 90 days if newly licensed or within 2 years if working for another agency)

Valid driver's license, car insurance
-
18 years or older
-
Able to speak and read English
-
Authorized to work in the US for any employer

Must live in or near the South Bay area
