Key Responsibilities:
- Support instructional activities under the guidance of classroom teachers
- Assist individual or small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to instructional staff
- Assist with daily classroom organization and preparation of learning materials
- Foster a warm, encouraging environment for students to grow academically and socially
- Supervise students in various settings – including classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and during activities
- Support students with special needs or those requiring extra attention, adapting assistance as necessary
