\n
Support the ongoing administration of the company's 401(k) retirement plan, including employee enrollments, changes, and coordination with plan providers
\n
Coordinate employment-based immigration and work authorization processes — including documentation, deadlines, renewals, and employee communications — in partnership with outside immigration counsel
\n
Manage onboarding and offboarding, and support employee lifecycle changes such as promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and terminations
\n
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within HR systems
\n
Support compliance efforts, helping ensure policies and practices align with applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements
\n
Partner with benefits brokers, retirement plan administrators, immigration counsel, and other HR vendors
\n
Assist with employee relations matters, escalating complex situations as appropriate
\n
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and support additional People/HR initiatives as the company grows
\n
