Job Title: Assembler
Location: 155 155 N. McCarthy BLVD Milpitas, CA, US, 95035
Duration: 12 Months (Temp to Hire)
Shift: - M-F 6am - 2:30pm
Pay rate: $27 /Hr on W2
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble instruments according to approved procedures and work instructions.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Complete Device History Records (DHR) and other required documentation accurately.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, work orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and SOPs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Support new product introductions, process improvements, and cost and cycle-time reduction initiatives.
- Maintain accurate production records, training files, and performance data.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, preferably medical device manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; Visio and PowerPoint preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000, cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Demand Flow Technology (DFT) is an advantage.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs and work effectively in a team environment.
