Job Description:
Requirements:
- Transport contaminated and sterile instruments between the mobile unit, main hospital, Spanos Court, and other designated processing locations.
- Transport case carts, instruments, supplies, and vendor trays between Sterile Processing and supported locations.
- Support case cart and instrument delivery activities.
- Assist with vendor tray movement and tracking.
- Maintain timely instrument movement to support surgical schedules and case readiness.
- Follow chain-of-custody and documentation requirements during transport.
- Coordinate with Sterile Processing, OR/perioperative teams, and other supporting departments.
- Assist SPD operations as needed to minimize workflow interruptions.
- Follow established safety, transportation, and departmental workflows.
