TMS Technician / Neuromodulation Specialist

BrainStim Centers | Full-Time | $25-30 per hour, dependent on experience

We're looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional to join our growing team as a Neuromodulation Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, technology, and mental health who wants to build a long-term career in a growing field.
No prior TMS experience is required for candidates with the right combination of patient care experience, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do:
- Administer TMS treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and provide compassionate, attentive care.
- Explain treatment procedures and answer patient questions in a clear, reassuring manner.
- Monitor patient comfort and well-being throughout treatment sessions.
- Operate and maintain specialized medical equipment.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff regarding patient progress and concerns.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other office operations as needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of patient-facing experience, or 3+ years of experience in a service-oriented or leadership role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient-first approach.
- Comfort working with technology and learning new systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Interest in mental health, neuroscience, or innovative healthcare.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the assigned location.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, psychology, rehabilitation, mental health and wellness, or a related field.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or electronic medical records.
- Previous experience with TMS or other clinical technologies.
- Spanish language skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and moving.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
