Full time MEDICAL ASSISTANT/ EKG Tech

We are an established group practice in West Hills, California looking for someone dynamic to join our team of Medical Assistants. We have a fast-paced family environment that focuses on doing the right thing for the right reasons for our patients!

Main Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Page and communicate clearly with physicians</li>
<li>Team player, punctual attendance, and strong work ethic</li>
<li>Assist with appointment confirmations (if applicable) and responds to patient inquiries</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and clean patient exam rooms</li>
<li>Assist with Protime clinic, pacemakers, and other testing</li>
<li>Place, track, receive, and report on holter monitors and event monitors</li>
<li>Strong ability to obtain vitals, manual blood pressure, medication reconciliation, perform EKG’s, stress tests hook up, and more</li>
<li>Input patient information into the EHR system</li>
</ul>

Schedule:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>5 days a week M-F</li>
</ul>
 
Are a plus!
<ul>
<li>BLS / CPR Certification</li>
<li>Medical Assistant Certificate</li>
<li>Previous experience in Cardiology</li>
<li>Knowledge of the Microsoft Office apps</li>
