• OSHA 10 Training - (Available if interested) • Previous construction labor experience preferred • Experience working around excavation, trenching, and utility projects is a plus • Ability to work safely around existing utilities, crews, and active construction sites • Reliable transportation to and from the job site • Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials throughout the workday • Must be able to work on both prevailing wage and non-prevailing wage projects • Strong work ethic and safety oriented • Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience • PPE required • Some assignments have additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug tests Responsibilities : • Assist crews with excavation, trenching, and backfilling operations • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment • Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment • Support operators and skilled trades personnel on active job sites • Follow all project safety requirements and company procedures
