Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

License: Active California Pharmacist License

Position Summary
The Retail Pharmacist, under the direction of the Retail Pharmacy Manager, is responsible for safe and compliant pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, patient counseling, inventory management, quality assurance, and oversight of pharmacy staff.
Requirements
- Active California Pharmacist license.
- Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, pharmacy staff, and other healthcare professionals.
