Pay Rate
Local: $2,325 – $2,437/week
Traveler: $2,500 – $2,583/week

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in an acute-care hospital setting, with the ability to support both inpatient and outpatient care as needed.

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist experience.
Acute-care hospital experience preferred.
Experience providing rehabilitation services.
Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
Perform therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and established care plans.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Provide care in inpatient and outpatient settings as assigned.
Float between inpatient and outpatient departments based on facility needs.
Support safe patient mobility and functional independence.
