Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Ryan Law Group is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its litigation team in beautiful Manhattan Beach, California. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who enjoys advocating for clients, managing cases, and taking an active role in litigation from pre-suit through trial.
You'll work alongside experienced attorneys while handling meaningful personal injury matters, developing litigation strategy, appearing in court, and helping clients navigate challenging legal situations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage personal injury cases through pre-litigation and litigation
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions in California courts
- Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and case management conferences
- Develop case strategy and evaluate liability and damages
- Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients
- Prepare cases for trial and assist with courtroom proceedings
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and case managers
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients throughout the litigation process
Qualifications
Required
✔ Active California State Bar license in good standing
✔ 2+ years of Personal Injury or Civil Litigation experience
✔ Experience independently managing a litigation caseload
✔ Motion drafting and court appearance experience
✔ Experience conducting or defending depositions
✔ Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills
✔ Ability to work the required hybrid schedule in Manhattan Beach, CA
Preferred
⭐ Spanish-speaking ability
⭐ Trial experience
⭐ Mediation and settlement negotiation experience
⭐ Plaintiff-side personal injury background
