Job Description
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide direct behavioral support to early childhood and school-age clients across homes, schools, clinics, and community settings. Under the clinical supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the RBT will implement therapy, support skill development and behavior reduction, promote client safety, and document services using paper-based records and electronic session notes.
Responsibilities
- Collect behavior data accurately and consistently.
- Implement individualized therapy and treatment procedures.
- Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
- Complete paper-based records and electronic session notes.
- Provide caregiver training and support.
- Assist with treatment plan implementation and updates.
- Maintain client safety across service settings.
- Collaborate with the care team and report client progress.

- Entry-level experience in applied behavior analysis.
