Salary Range: $35-$40/hr
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm
Full-Time, Onsite/Temporary for 6 months

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Coordinate and manage executive office operations, ensuring priorities, schedules, and workflow activities run efficiently.
  • Organize meetings, special events, and executive engagements, including logistics, materials preparation, facility coordination, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, contracts, agendas, and other sensitive documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Manage calendars, communications, records, and administrative systems while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Support strategic initiatives, project implementation efforts, departmental objectives, and operational priorities.
  • Monitor expenditures, assist with budget administration, and support purchasing and procurement activities.
  • Maintain records, databases, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of information.
  • Research issues, evaluate concerns, and recommend practical solutions to support efficient operations.
  • Serve as a professional liaison with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Represent executive leadership during meetings and organizational activities as assigned.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative, executive support, or office management experience.
  • 3+ years providing advanced-level support to senior leaders or executives.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative operations, records management, budgeting, and organizational procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
  • Valid driver's license for occasional business travel, if required.
