Location: Whittier, CA
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You Will Do

Manage the full cycle Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt through payment

Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation

Perform two way and three way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents

Review vendor statements and reconcile outstanding balances
-
Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
-
Process check runs and electronic payments
-
Maintain accurate vendor records and payment information
-
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
-
Assist with month end AP closing and account reconciliations
-
Maintain organized AP files and documentation
-
Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed
What We Are Looking For
-
Previous Accounts Payable experience required
-
Full cycle Accounts Payable experience strongly preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills
-
Comfortable working with numbers and high volume transactions

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Sage software experience is a plus
-
Strong professional communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
