Compensation:
$25 Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort in every guest room and public area.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures and standards are consistently met, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling and task assignments, to optimize team efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces, providing feedback and guidance to team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages team growth and collaboration.
- Train and mentor new team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to our shared success.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for seamless operations without interruption to service quality.
