What You’ll Do
-
Oversee the nursing team during the AM, PM, or NOC shift
-
Provide compassionate, highquality clinical care
-
Ensure resident safety and respond promptly to needs
-
Complete assessments, documentation, and medication administration
-
Support CNAs and maintain strong teamwork
-
Help continue our mission of delivering exceptional resident care
Who We’re Looking For
-
Current RN license in California
-
At least 1 year of experience
-
Skilled nursing or longterm care experience a plus (but not required!)

Strong communication and leadership skills
-
Compassion, reliability, and a residentfirst mindset
-
Someone who enjoys working independently and confidently at night
