We are looking for an experienced Industrial Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and determine the cause of equipment failures.
- Repair, replace, and adjust mechanical components, including bearings, belts, chains, gears, motors, and pumps.
- Install, assemble, and disassemble machinery and equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical testing equipment.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Work with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and safety conscious.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
