IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced CSR position for a third-party logistics (3PL) and transportation provider located in Carson, CA.
Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Carson, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:30 AM
Requirements:
• Previous CSR/customer service experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Job Duties:
• Assist customers and clients with inquiries and requests
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams
• Handle customer orders, updates, and documentation
• Provide administrative and customer service support in a 3PL environment
Compensation: $24 - $25/hr.
