We’re Angry Chef Kitchen Repair, factory-authorized for over 70 manufacturers. That means factory training, access to real parts, and warranty work. Our techs work directly with ownership, not with a regional manager four states away. We’re hiring one experienced commercial kitchen equipment technician who can handle both hot-side and cold-side equipment and run a service route on their own. The route covers restaurants, schools, hospitals, hotels, grocery stores, and bakeries.
Responsibilities:
- Combi ovens, convection ovens, ranges, broilers, fryers, steam kettles, and tilt skillets.
- Reach-ins, walk-ins, prep tables, and ice machines.
- Commercial dish machines and warewashing.
- Slicers and mixers.
Qualifications:
- Field service experience on commercial kitchen equipment, both hot side and cold side is preferred
- Solid electrical troubleshooting, including reading wiring diagrams.
- EPA 608 certification.
- A valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Big plus: CFESA certification, combi oven and dish machine experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!!
