Start: Immediate openings Shifts: All shifts available Job Type: Contract | Project-based Pay Frequency: Weekly pay About the Role ShareSTAFF is hiring Quality Control Inspectors for third-party inspection, sorting, and containment assignments in Livermore, California. You will visually inspect automotive and electric vehicle (EV) components, identify defects, document findings, and help keep defective materials from reaching the production line or end customer. Schedules vary based on client production needs. What You'll Do Inspect automotive and EV components and assemblies against client specifications. Identify scratches, dents, stains, finish flaws, and missing or damaged parts. Sort and separate non-conforming materials according to quality procedures. Document inspection results using forms, tracking systems, and daily reports. Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and on-site quality engineers. Support rework, repacking, and preparation of inspected items for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow facility safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), and quality requirements. What You Bring Required At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small visual defects. Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where applicable. Availability for project-based schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for documentation and team coordination. Spanish speakers welcome. Reliable transportation to the Livermore worksite. Ability to complete pre-placement requirements. What You Bring Preferred Previous experience in quality inspection, quality auditing, sorting, or containment. Experience with third-party quality assurance. Steel-toed boots and willingness to follow the warehouse dress code. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. What We Offer Weekly pay every Friday.
