Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00PM - 6:30AM)
Salary: $21.27 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Level II team member to join our logistics department in San Marcos, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Raymond and Crown lifts, as well as a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Raymond and Crown forklifts for loading, unloading, and material handling.
Strong experience with pulling orders that are stacked multiple levels high.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
Prepare and package outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent damage during transit.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Conduct inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing stock and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or a related warehouse role.
Proven experience operating Raymond and Crown forklifts (certification preferred).
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Current certification in reach truck PIT equipment – preferably Crown and Raymond makes
No more than 1 year certification lapse
No less than 1 year of not driving reach trucks
Availability to work third shift (10:00pm-6:30am) and flexibility for overtime and weekends if required.
