Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or in a classroom environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow teacher directives and school policies
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with diverse student needs
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in education a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized or small-group support to students under the guidance of a classroom teacher
- Assist with implementing instructional activities and adapting materials as needed
- Help manage classroom behaviors and reinforce positive student interactions
- Support students with academic, social, or personal development goals
- Prepare classroom materials and organize learning spaces for daily lessons
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere for all learners
